Wired for Wonder is a multisensory maze exhibition & experience at Kidspace Museum, presented by Getty & PST Art.

Wired for Wonder invites participants of all ages to become both artist and observer, scientist and subject, unlocking the building blocks of meaning-making and perception while navigating a complex physical structure that harnesses color, light, movement, texture, vibration, and smell to interrogate and shift sensory experience. Artists understand that art is an engagement with the whole self, a way to embody expressions, moments and stories, and a mechanism to transcend “reality” to embrace the sublime and the divine. Wired for Wonder is about uncovering the wonder of you, a reminder that play and discovery are core concepts of both joy and knowing.

Infinite Room is one of the installation rooms at Wired for Wonder, created by USC Immersive Media Lab.

As one of the designers & Animators team, I created a visual piece Universe. In this piece, I’m trying to embrace the concept of universe, time, space and infinity, bringing audiences an epic & boundless experience in the mirrored space.

Ideation & Inspiration:

The enclosed space surrounded by four mirrored surfaces, reminds me of a kaleidoscope, which inspired me to explore reflections in a creative way. Within this environment, a dynamic particle system interacts with reflection paths, enhancing immersion through geometric reflections and shaping a multidimensional visual narrative.
